– Processing Time and Delivery

 

Our aim is to provide you with the fastest delivery possible. For products in stock, they are typically dispatched within 24 hours and take 7 to 15 business days in transit. We ship worldwide, acknowledging that international delivery can be costly. Nevertheless, we strive to select cost-effective and reliable shipping methods. All shipments are handled by recognized carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, among others.

 

– Delivery times may vary:

 

7-15 days to the USA, Ireland, the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands;

10-30 days for other countries.

In extremely rare cases, minor delays may occur due to transportation bottlenecks or customs clearance delays. If you have any uncertainties about the delivery time to your country, feel free to contact us via email at contact@praczi.com. We are here to assist.

 

– Process after Order Placement

 

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that our team has received your order. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Most emails end up in the Spam folder, so please check your Spam folder. This may have happened to you.

Occasionally, customers enter their email incorrectly. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, contact us, and we will correct it for you.

 

– Shipping Standard

 

We offer free ground shipping worldwide for orders over $128 USD. For different countries/regions, orders below $128 USD incur a shipping fee ranging from $15 USD to $40 USD.

 

– What to Do If the Package Hasn't Arrived within the Normal Time Frame?

 

We welcome emails regarding your concerns, including but not limited to order status, shipping issues, or information changes. We will do our best to respond or resolve your query as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us at contact@praczi.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.

 

– Shipping Countries

 

Please allow a delay of 1-7 business days in shipping time to some countries and regions due to different merchandise warehouse locations around the world. Shipping costs for countries like Bahrain, China, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Albania, Croatia, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Egypt, South Africa, India, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and South Korea are $99.40.

 

– How Do I Know the Shipping Status of My Order?

You can check your order status by clicking here, simply inputting your Order ID (starting with PCZ... and then 4 numbers) and the email address used to place your order.

 

– Orders with Multiple Items:

We ship our items from multiple locations overseas, so orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at slightly different times. For orders with multiple items, each package is assigned a different tracking ID.

 

Where Are Your Products Shipped From?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Australia, or Asia. The country of shipment depends on your address and the items you have ordered.

 

– Do I Need to Pay Import Tax?

We understand that you do not want to pay extra custom taxes for your online purchase. Therefore, we do our best by selecting the best shipping method and a lower item value. Praczi cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

– My order hasn't arrived on time, what should I do?

 

If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold-ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at contact@praczi.com, and we will provide you with an update.

 

– How do I cancel or change my order?

 

In the event you wish to cancel or change something on your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you placed your order: contact@praczi.com. We are unable to process the requested cancellation after 24 hours because the package has already been shipped. We process orders very quickly so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible. However, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
