We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept the returns within 7 days of receipt for items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.

 

 Items excluded from returns:

1.Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

 

2.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

 

3.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

 

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

 

5.Any applications for exceeding of what you paid will not be accepted.Refund value exceed the value of the order will be only processed under the circumstances of dispatched cancel-orders and faulty goods. Therefore, non-quality problems will not be reimbursed for return & exchange shipping costs.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

 

6.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

 

 

7.Discount code you used for your order cannot be changed.

 

 

How do I return?

Please contact our representative by emailing us the return ticket to contact@praczi.com, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

 

I received a defective Product

If you have quality issue to report, you can contact our customer care team within 5 business days, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.
